Sustainable economics videos
8 April 2008 in Environment, economics, international, responsible business, videoHere are a few relevant video links on the subject of sustainable economics
1. “The next industrial revolution” from William McDonough and Michael Braungart.
2. “Arithmetic, population and energy” by Albert A Bartlett on the limits to growth. It’s broken up into 8 pieces on youtube but well clicking on the other episodes which are linked elsewhere on the same youtube page. Worth working through the hour or so as the speaker is very engaging and the end result is greater enlightenment on the problems.
3. Discussion featuring environmental activist Julia Butterfly Hill is well worth listening to.
Kieran Cunnane.
